Wendy Ashby

Wendy J. Ashby, Esquire has built a reputation for responsiveness and creative legal strategies, providing clients with efficient solutions. Practicing law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since 1992, she focuses on Wills/Estates, Elder Law, Mediation, Family Law, and Adoptions. In 1997, she established Ashby Law Offices, LLC, where she continues to advocate vigorously for her clients' rights.

Ms. Ashby's professional affiliations include membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council and serves as a Court-Appointed Mediator for Bucks County Foreclosures. Her commitment to elder law is underscored by her membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Ashby is actively involved in her community. She is a member of the St. Luke’s University Health Network Quakertown Campus Board of Trustees and participates in its Strategic Planning and Development Committee.
