Frank Botta

Frank Botta brings decades of expertise in addressing the unique challenges faced by companies in the transportation industry. He has provided counsel to local, regional, national, and international clients in logistics, supply chain, and transportation operations. His leadership roles include serving as President of The Transportation Lawyers Association from 2017 to 2018, and he continues to contribute as a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian Transportation Lawyers’ Association.

In addition to his focus on transportation, Frank has vast experience in labor and employment law. He advises clients on matters such as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, unfair labor practices, union election campaigns, and collective bargaining. He is adept at handling grievances and commercial and corporate litigation in both federal and state courts. Frank also provides counsel on employment-related investigations, addressing claims of employee misconduct, and workplace incidents under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA). He represents companies before various federal and state agencies, including the Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Office of Federal Compliance Programs, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.

Frank is an experienced trial attorney who has successfully litigated complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts. He has represented national companies before the Third and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Additionally, he is a trained mediator with the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and serves as an arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and FINRA.
