Lawrence Brudy

Lawrence Brudy, a nationally recognized Energy Executive Attorney, has led LAWRENCE D. BRUDY & ASSOCIATES, INC. as President/CEO for more than 20 years. His leadership blends over 30 years of business and legal experience with a strong academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, a Masters of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz School of Information Systems and Public Policy, and a Juris Doctor from the Duquesne University Kline School of Law.

While at Duquesne, he was inducted into the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society, Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society, and the National Honor Society Order of Barristers. He represented Duquesne University in the National Tax Moot Court Competition in St. Petersburg, Florida, where he received the "Best Brief Award" from the Florida Bar Association.

Lawrence has produced over 4,000 Certified Title Opinions for landowners and regional, national, and international E&P companies, determining ownership and leaseholds of oil, gas, coal, and minerals.

He represents clients in various real estate transactions, including residential, commercial, industrial, and relocation. As a Pennsylvania licensed Title Insurance Agent, Real Estate Broker, and Notary Public, he has overseen more than 10,000 real estate transactions.

In estate planning, Lawrence has crafted hundreds of personalized Estate Plans for Pennsylvania families, including Last Will and Testaments, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Healthcare Directives, and Living Wills. Additionally, he advises clients on selecting the appropriate business entity and formation venue.
