Alexander Palutis

Alexander Palutis is a highly regarded Certified Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Law Specialist, committed to representing injured workers and their families throughout Pennsylvania. Raised in a union household, Alexander's mother was a long-serving President and board member of a Pennsylvania Statewide Teacher’s Union, which instilled in him a strong sense of justice and advocacy.

After earning his degree with honors from Georgetown University in 1983, Alexander graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1987. He began his legal career as a law clerk for The Honorable Genevieve Blatt at the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Judge Blatt was a trailblazer, being the first woman elected to statewide office in Pennsylvania and the first female appellate judge in the state. During his clerkship, Alexander gained invaluable insights into the judicial system's role in safeguarding the rights of injured workers.

In 2017, Alexander was recognized once again as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the field of workers' compensation, an honor reserved for the top five percent of attorneys in the state, as determined through a rigorous peer nomination and polling process involving 36,000 ballots conducted by Law and Politics.

With 25 years of experience representing employers and insurance companies, Alexander offers a unique perspective in advocating for injured workers. His deep understanding of employer and insurer strategies enables him to effectively counter these tactics and fight for the rights of Pennsylvania's injured workers and their families.
