Evan Charles Pappas

Evan Charles Pappas offers extensive expertise in civil litigation, business law, and intellectual property, serving a broad spectrum of clients including corporations, LLCs, mortgage companies, and real estate developers. His practice covers a wide array of commercial disputes such as contract, real estate, and shareholder issues. Mr. Pappas is skilled in handling cases at all litigation stages, from pretrial and discovery to trials, mediation, and arbitration, as well as bankruptcy court, appeals, and judgment enforcement.

He is adept at representing liquor licensees in matters concerning liquor license citations, transfers, and renewal hearings before the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Additionally, Mr. Pappas frequently advises on intellectual property issues, focusing on trademarks, service marks, copyrights, licensing, and infringement. His IP practice involves evaluating potential trademarks, drafting and filing applications, and addressing USPTO office actions and third-party objections. He also guides clients on the protection and enforcement of copyrights and trademarks.

Mr. Pappas earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law. During law school, he was a national competitor on the Moot Court Honor Society, a member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and served on the Executive Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. He gained valuable experience clerking for the Honorable Timothy J. Savage at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
