Jason Imler

Jason Imler, managing partner at Mooney Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, leads the firm's Marketing Operations. Admitted to the bar by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2001 and the Maryland Court of Appeals in 2016, he is also authorized to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Attorney Imler earned his Juris Doctor from Penn State University Dickinson School of Law in 2001, following his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from West Chester University in 1998. At West Chester, he was an active member of Pi Sigma Alpha and Gamma Theta Upsilon honor societies, and served as President of the Political Science Club and Secretary of the Pre-Law Society.

Joining Mooney Law in 2008, Attorney Imler has since directed the firm’s personal injury practice. His expertise includes representing clients in motor vehicle accidents, Social Security Disability, Workers Compensation, Product Defects, Medical Product Defects, Pharmaceutical Injuries, Premises Liability, and Insurance Disputes.

Before his tenure at Mooney Law, he was associated with a prominent Central Pennsylvania personal injury firm from 1999 to 2008. Initially a law clerk, he became an associate post-graduation, quickly advancing to lead counsel in jury trials.

Attorney Imler began his professional journey as a licensed insurance agent at 20, providing him with a foundational understanding of the insurance industry.
