Ron Calhoon

Growing up in a union household, with a father who was a long-time President of a National Labor Union, Ron Calhoon developed a deep commitment to representing workers who have been injured on the job. He exclusively focuses on workers' compensation proceedings, passionately defending employees' rights.

For the past twenty-four years, Ron has successfully represented thousands of individuals seeking benefits under the Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Act. He is a graduate of Vanderbilt University (1985) and earned his law degree from Boston University School of Law in 1988.

Ron is a member of the Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Workers’ Injury Law & Advocacy Group. He holds certification as a specialist in workers' compensation law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation Law, authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

His leadership roles include serving as Chairman of the Dauphin County Bar Association’s Section on Workers’ Compensation. He frequently lectures on employee rights and has successfully litigated hundreds of cases, setting precedents in the Pennsylvania Appellate Courts, including cases before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

As an advocate for employee rights, Ron was instrumental in forming the Pennsylvania Federation of Injured Workers and currently serves on its Board of Directors. He has been recognized as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, reflecting his commitment and excellence in the field.
