About Ann Delcollo
Ann Delcollo is a seasoned attorney committed to exceptional client advocacy since 1992. Joining the litigation team at Ciccarelli Law in 2016, she focuses on Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Social Security Disability, DUI & DWI, Traffic Tickets, Family Law, and Divorce. Ann earned her B.S. from Lock Haven University in 1989 and her J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1992.
After graduation, Ann launched her litigation career defending medical malpractice, personal injury, and asbestos cases. She served as Trial Counsel for Allstate Insurance Company and Senior Trial Counsel at Nationwide Insurance Company. In Chester County, she worked as Trial Counsel, handling criminal defense, plaintiff’s personal injury, and social security disability cases. Ann has also served as an Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore with the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, leading settlement conferences and negotiations.
Ann is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and has presented seminars on cross-examining expert witnesses and arbitration practice in Philadelphia County.
Residing in Chester County with her husband, three sons, and two black labs, Ann is actively involved in her community. She has coached youth basketball at the Kennett YMCA and serves on the Board of Directors for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. An avid runner, Ann completed the 27.5-mile Megatransect ultra-trail marathon in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, in 2015.
