About C. Curtis Norcini
C. Curtis Norcini serves as a founding member and managing partner at the Chester County and Montgomery County offices of Omnis Law Group. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech/Communication from West Chester University and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law.
Beginning his career with the Municipal Tax Bureau, Mr. Norcini worked as a tax attorney focusing on delinquent tax collection for the City of Philadelphia. In 1995, he transitioned to the Delaware County Office of the Public Defender, serving as a trial attorney in both juvenile and adult criminal court systems. Mr. Norcini later co-founded a general litigation firm, dedicating nearly 20 years to criminal defense.
At Omnis Law Group, Mr. Norcini remains committed to criminal defense, handling a wide range of cases, from homicide and major drug offenses to disorderly conduct and underage drinking citations.
Active in the Chester County community, Mr. Norcini is a Past President of the West Chester University Alumni Association Board of Directors. He has also served on the Chester County Bar Association and Bar Foundation Boards. Currently, he is a member of the Association Fee Dispute Committee. From 2012 to 2020, he was a solicitor for the Chester County Register of Wills and now holds the position of assistant solicitor for the Chester County Republican Committee, having served on its Executive Board from 2016 to 2020.
Mr. Norcini is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania state trial and appellate courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Outside of his legal practice, he engages in athletics and martial arts, teaching seminars on Women's Self Defense.
