James Joseph Munnelly

James Joseph Munnelly is a seasoned criminal defense attorney at Ciccarelli Law Offices in West Chester, Philadelphia. He is devoted to achieving favorable results for his clients, firmly believing that those facing criminal charges deserve qualified and competent legal representation.

James earned his Bachelor’s Degree in political science from Elizabethtown College in 2009. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Widener University of Law in Delaware, graduating with a pro bono distinction for completing over 50 hours of voluntary legal service.

Prior to attending law school, James gained valuable experience as an undergraduate intern at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. During his legal studies, he served as a legal intern for the Honorable Robert J. Mellon at the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas and also worked at the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, focusing on juvenile proceedings.
