Karim P. Husain

Karim P. Husain is a highly experienced attorney specializing in Wills, Trusts & Estates, Bankruptcy, Business Consulting & Commercial Litigation, and Tax Controversies & Tax Litigation. Before establishing his private practice, Mr. Husain was a senior associate at both a private law firm and a Big 4 accounting firm. His judicial experience includes serving as a law clerk to the Hon. Charles A. Lord of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and the Hon. Robert A. Latrone of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

A resident of the Philadelphia area, Mr. Husain earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law, his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and his Business Degree from Carnegie Mellon University. During law school, he interned with the Hon. Ralph J. Cappy of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and served as a Law Student Liaison to the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation.

Mr. Husain is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the American Bar Association, Chester County Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
