Linda M. Anderson

Linda M. Anderson, founder and principal of Anderson Elder Law in Media, PA, has been serving the Delaware Valley community with dedication to elder law, estate planning, and long-term care for over 25 years. She holds the designation of Certified Elder Law Attorney as accredited by the National Elder Law Foundation and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

In her distinguished career, Ms. Anderson is accredited by the Department of Veteran Affairs and is a member of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Her involvement extends to the Special Needs Alliance, an invitation-only group recognizing her commitment to special needs clients and the broader disabled community.

Ms. Anderson has held leadership roles, such as Chair and Co-Chair for the Pennsylvania Bar Association Elder Law Section and the Delaware County Bar Association Elder Law Committee. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys and was previously on the board of the Horizons Unlimited Geriatric Education Association. Her expertise has earned her recognition as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Elder Law since 2004 and as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Pennsylvania since 2007. In 2012, she received the PAELA Member of the Year Award, and her firm has been acknowledged by U.S. News and World Report as a top law firm nationally. Additionally, she holds the prestigious AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.

Ms. Anderson actively shares her expertise by conducting seminars and educating professionals, clients, and community organizations on elder law, estate planning, long-term care, special needs planning, and veterans benefits. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Sarah Lawrence College, a Masters in Taxation from Villanova University, and graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
