Nicholas J Guiliano

Nicholas J. Guiliano is a seasoned attorney with more than three decades of experience in securities-related claims. Based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, he has effectively represented over 1,000 clients in disputes against brokerage firms, stockbrokers, financial advisors, and other investment professionals. His practice primarily involves arbitration before FINRA, NASD, and the NYSE.

Nicholas specializes in recovering losses from Stockbroker & Investment Fraud, addressing issues such as unauthorized trading, churning, unsuitable investment recommendations, breach of fiduciary duty, self-dealing, and supervisory failures. His litigation experience extends to defective investment products, including alternative investments, structured products, non-traditional ETFs, hedge funds, high-yield bond funds, Ponzi schemes, and REITs.
