Rebecca Hobbs

Rebecca A. Hobbs is a skilled attorney with O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., operating from Pottstown and Phoenixville. She specializes in elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Veteran’s benefits. Rebecca holds the prestigious certification as an Elder Law Attorney from the National Elder Law Foundation, sanctioned by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Rebecca completed her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Political Science, at Eastern University in 2006. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in 2009. She is licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is accredited by the United States Veterans Administration.

As a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA), Rebecca actively contributes to the legal community. She is also involved with the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), serving on the PBA Charitable Organizations Committee and the PBA Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities Committee.
