His expertise in technology complements his legal practice, where he serves as a consultant and expert witness in cases involving advanced technology and computer forensics.

Mr. Pacillio is actively involved in multiple bar associations, including The Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (PACDL), and participates in various professional organizations.
