Daniel E. McCabe

Daniel E. McCabe, based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania, is a certified specialist in workers' compensation law. This certification is granted by the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Section on Workers' Compensation Law, under the authority of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. Mr. McCabe's legal career is devoted exclusively to workers' compensation law, a focus he has maintained in recent years.

Mr. McCabe began his career representing employers and insurance companies in workers' compensation cases. However, since 2003, he has shifted his focus entirely to advocating for injured workers. His experience on both sides of the legal spectrum provides him with a comprehensive understanding of insurance company strategies, benefiting his clients significantly.

An active participant in the Workers' Compensation section of the Chester County Bar Association, Mr. McCabe is committed to effectively addressing his clients' needs. He joined Wolf, Baldwin & Associates, P.C. in 2006, where he contributes to one of the region's largest workers' compensation departments.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. McCabe is an avid cyclist, enjoying rides on the cobblestones of Belgium. He is married with two children and finds great joy in family life.
