Rebecca Hobbs

Rebecca A. Hobbs is a distinguished attorney at O’Donnell, Weiss & Mattei, P.C., serving clients from their Pottstown and Phoenixville offices. Her practice is concentrated in elder law, special needs planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and Veteran’s benefits. Rebecca is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Rebecca earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a minor in Political Science, from Eastern University in 2006, and her Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law in 2009. She holds bar admissions in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is accredited as a United States Veterans Administration Attorney.

An active participant in the legal community, Rebecca is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA). She actively participates in the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), serving on the PBA Charitable Organizations Committee and the PBA Legal Services to Persons with Disabilities Committee.
