Jessica Lowe

Jessica Lowe is a highly experienced attorney specializing in family law within Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. As a certified mediator and collaboratively trained attorney, she provides compassionate guidance through the complexities of the divorce process. Recognizing the emotional challenges of child custody situations, she offers informed and empathetic support to her clients. Her practice also covers adoption, grandparents' custody rights, relocation, and protection from abuse cases.

Previously, Attorney Lowe served as a parent attorney in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights matters with Dauphin County Children and Youth. Currently, she contributes her expertise as a part-time Assistant Solicitor for the Agency.

She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC. In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Lowe is actively involved in the community as the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg, a past member of the YWCA’s Junior Board, and a member of Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM).

Attorney Lowe is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. She holds membership in both the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
