Michael Anthony Carrucoli

Michael Carrucoli, a lifelong resident of south-central Pennsylvania, is the founding member and partner at Carrucoli and Associates. His practice is primarily focused on DUI Defense and all alcohol and drug-related offenses.

Mr. Carrucoli completed his undergraduate studies at Rutgers University before earning his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, PA. He began his legal career at a small firm in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and later served as a York County Assistant Attorney in York, Pennsylvania. In this role, he gained extensive trial experience and represented clients in the York County Drug Treatment Court.

As a seasoned criminal defense attorney, Mr. Carrucoli has successfully defended clients in a range of serious charges, including homicide, aggravated assault, and major drug offenses. His expertise extends to various felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, such as DUI, drug offenses, assault, robbery, burglary, and sex crimes, throughout south-central Pennsylvania.

Mr. Carrucoli's prior roles include positions with the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Juvenile Court Procedural Rules Committee, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency, and the Dauphin County Victim/Witness Assistance Program. He is a member of the Pennsylvania, Dauphin County, York County, and Cumberland County Bar Associations.
