Douglas Keith Marsico

Douglas K. Marsico, a graduate of West Chester University and the Widener University School of Law, focuses his practice on criminal defense, DUI defense, traffic violations, driver's licensing matters, real estate, and insurance defense. Admitted to the bar in Pennsylvania and the United States District Court, Middle District of Pennsylvania, Mr. Marsico brings a wealth of experience to his clients.

Mr. Marsico began his legal career as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard A. Lewis at the Court of Common Pleas in Dauphin County. He later served as a prosecutor in the Dauphin County District Attorney's office. His expertise extends to teaching; he has conducted seminars on traffic and criminal law for the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and Lorman Education Services. Additionally, he has lectured on landlord/tenant law for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Sterling Education Services, and the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Tax Professionals.

An instructor for the Minor Judiciary Education Board, Mr. Marsico teaches civil law and landlord/tenant law. He also instructs on landlord/tenant law at Harrisburg Area Community College and on real estate law at the Institute of Real Estate Studies. His professional affiliations include the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, and the Pennsylvania Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Born in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, Mr. Marsico resides in Upper Allen Township with his wife and two children. He is an active member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg and serves as President of the Upper Allen Baseball Association.
