Andrew Michael Milz

Andrew Michael Milz was raised in a union household in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he learned the importance of economic fairness and social justice from his parents. His career as a trial lawyer is committed to advocating for American consumers and workers affected by corporate misconduct.

Mr. Milz focuses on cases involving consumer finance fraud, debt collection harassment, improper repossessions, and inaccurate credit reporting. His expertise extends to litigation concerning auto fraud, abusive robocalls, product defects, data security breaches, identity theft, consumer privacy violations, securities fraud, and employee benefit plans.

An alumnus of Temple University Beasley School of Law, Andy is also a graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, which educates legal professionals dedicated to seeking justice for individuals. He actively participates in state and national organizations that champion consumer rights.

Mr. Milz has successfully represented thousands of consumers in numerous individual cases and has served as plaintiffs' counsel in over two dozen class actions, securing millions in relief for affected consumers.
