Gary J. Saylor II, a native of Monroe County, embarked on his academic journey at Stroudsburg Area School District before pursuing higher education at Delaware Valley University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy and Environmental Science. He furthered his education by earning a Law Degree from the Charlotte School of Law in North Carolina.
