Joshua N. Daly

Joshua N. Daly, a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley, is a committed attorney based in Easton, Pennsylvania. He earned his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Economics from Moravian University, graduating with honors in Sociology and as a member of Alpha Kappa Delta. He then obtained his law degree from the University of New Hampshire School of Law.

Joshua began his legal career focusing on a range of areas, including civil litigation defense, consumer law, contract law, intellectual property, small business law, and estate planning. His passion, however, lies in assisting families with estate planning and estate administration, particularly within the aging community.

Through his practice, Joshua aids grandparents and parents in preserving their assets for future generations. He also helps elderly clients apply for and qualify for Medicaid for both nursing home and homebound care. Additionally, he supports families in managing the complexities of the probate process following the death of a loved one.

Joshua is an experienced lecturer, having spoken to various organizations and groups on topics such as estate planning, the probate process, and small business law.
