John Fessler

John Fessler has dedicated more than 25 years to civil litigation, with a focus on insurance defense, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Throughout his career, he has represented insurance carriers in cases involving automobile policies, commercial general liability policies, and homeowner policies.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Fessler has a significant real estate practice, advising buyers, sellers, and lending institutions. He is actively involved in Sheriff Sales.

John holds an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating. In 2007, he received the President's Award from the Erie County Bar Association. Currently, he is a member of the Cathedral Prep Athletic Board. He recently stepped down from the Bayfront Condominium Association Board after serving for over 15 years. His past roles include membership on the Erie County Bar Association Civil Rules Committee and chairmanship of the Membership Committee. He also completed a six-year term on the Cathedral Prep Advisory Board and was a member of the American Inns of Court.

Beyond his professional commitments, John is dedicated to community service. He has volunteered as a coach for parochial grade school swimming and basketball teams, as well as baseball teams in the Millcreek Youth Athletic Association.
