Nicholas R. Pagliari

Nicholas R. Pagliari is a distinguished attorney with a focus on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, encompassing bankruptcy-related litigation and collection matters. He adeptly represents corporate debtors, secured creditors, and trustees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases. In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Pagliari is an approved mediator for both the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pagliari earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998. He then graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001, where he contributed to the Law Review's editorial staff. Following law school, he served as a law clerk in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia.

From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Pagliari practiced law at Reed Smith LLP in Pittsburgh. Since relocating back to Erie in 2005, he has continued to concentrate on his core practice areas. His expertise has earned him recognition as a Best Lawyer in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication.
