Chad James Vilushis

Chad James Vilushis offers a compassionate understanding to clients dealing with DUI and other criminal charges, recognizing these encounters as some of life's most challenging moments. His dedication to law was sparked during his time as a law clerk with the Honorable Ernest J. DiSantis Jr.

Vilushis has extensive courtroom experience, having served as both an Assistant District Attorney and a First Deputy District Attorney. He has personally tried more than 60 jury trials, showcasing his deep familiarity with the legal process. Acknowledged for his excellence, he was named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers organization, highlighting his exceptional capabilities in both civil plaintiff and criminal defense trials.

Currently, Vilushis serves as a civil arbitrator and has shared his legal expertise as an adjunct professor at Edinboro University during the 2005 academic year. His academic credentials include a degree from Allegheny College and a juris doctorate from Stetson College of Law.

Attorney Vilushis is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, as well as federally in the Western District of Pennsylvania, the state of Florida, and the District of Columbia. He is an active member of the Erie County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
