John Fessler

John Fessler has dedicated more than 25 years to civil litigation, concentrating on insurance defense, commercial litigation, and personal injury. Throughout his career, he has adeptly represented insurance carriers in cases involving automobile, commercial general liability, and homeowner policies.

In addition to his litigation work, John maintains a robust real estate practice. He provides expert counsel to buyers, sellers, and lending institutions, and frequently participates in Sheriff Sales.

John is recognized with an AV Preeminent peer-review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest distinction available. He received the 2007 President's Award from the Erie County Bar Association. Currently, he serves on the Cathedral Prep Athletic Board and recently concluded a long-standing role on the Bayfront Condominium Association Board after more than 15 years. His past contributions include serving on the Erie County Bar Association Civil Rules Committee and chairing the Membership Committee. John also completed a six-year term on the Cathedral Prep Advisory Board and was involved with the American Inns of Court.

Beyond his professional commitments, John is an active community volunteer, coaching swimming, basketball, and baseball for parochial grade schools and the Millcreek Youth Athletic Association.
