Nicholas R. Pagliari

Nicholas R. Pagliari is a respected attorney whose practice is focused on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy, including bankruptcy-related litigation and collection matters. He adeptly represents corporate debtors, secured creditors, and both chapter 7 and chapter 11 trustees, among other entities involved in bankruptcy cases. Mr. Pagliari is also an approved mediator for the United States District Court and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Pagliari earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from The Pennsylvania State University in 1998. He then graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2001, where he contributed to the editorial staff of the Law Review. Following his graduation, he served as a law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Georgia.

From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Pagliari practiced law at Reed Smith LLP in Pittsburgh. Since returning to Erie in 2005, he has continued to dedicate his practice to corporate restructuring and bankruptcy. His expertise has been recognized in the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers publication as a Best Lawyer.
