Russell S. Warner

Russell S. Warner is the Managing Partner at MacDonald, Illig, Jones & Britton LLP, located in Erie, Pennsylvania. He established and previously chaired the firm's Environmental Group, dedicating his practice to business and environmental law. His expertise encompasses dealings with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection, as well as proceedings before the USEPA Environmental Appeals Board and the Pennsylvania Environmental Hearing Board.
