Thomas Kuhn

Thomas Kuhn is a seasoned attorney with more than four decades of experience in Erie, Pennsylvania. His extensive practice areas include residential, commercial, and investment real estate transactions, as well as land use matters and municipal law. Mr. Kuhn is also highly skilled in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, elder care planning, and business formation.

Admitted to practice before all Pennsylvania Courts, Mr. Kuhn is also authorized to appear before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Kuhn has shared his knowledge as an Adjunct Lecturer at Gannon University, where he has taught several law-related courses.
