Michael S. Russell graduated from Grove City College with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1990. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Regent University in 1993, where he contributed to the Regent University Law Review and served as Editor-in-Chief.
Beginning his career in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, in 1993, Attorney Russell initially represented insurance carriers in Workers' Compensation defense.
