Samir Sarna

Samir Sarna serves as a Partner at Worgul, Sarna & Ness, Criminal Defense Attorneys, LLC, where he is committed to defending clients accused of crimes. He relocated to Pittsburgh in 2007 to pursue his Juris Doctor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. During his time in the city, he developed a deep connection to the community and chose to establish his legal career there.

After earning his law degree, Samir gained significant experience at the Office of the Public Defender for Allegheny County and later as an Associate Counsel at the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel. These roles provided him with the opportunity to manage hundreds of serious felony cases, offering a comprehensive understanding of the criminal court system in Allegheny County and honing his trial skills.

Samir transitioned from Conflict Counsel to a high-volume criminal defense practice in Pittsburgh, where he managed a wide array of cases, from minor summary offenses to serious felony 1 cases, across various counties in Western Pennsylvania. His practice extended to include Washington, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Mercer, Westmoreland, and Cambria counties. Additionally, Samir gained valuable experience in federal court at the United States District Court for Western Pennsylvania.
