Patrick James Schaeffer

Patrick Schaeffer earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from Albright College in Reading, PA. He furthered his education at Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA, where he gained practical experience at the Family Law Clinic as a Certified Legal Intern and Research Assistant.

As an Associate Attorney at Trinity Law, Patrick Schaeffer focuses on family law, including divorce, support, and child custody, as well as non-profit and tax law, and estate planning and administration. He is an active member of the York and Lancaster County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Attorney Schaeffer is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. His commitment to community service is reflected in his previous role as Treasurer on the board of Human Life Services. Residing in Dover, PA with his wife and family, he is also a member of York Alliance Church in York, PA.
