Shawn Patrick McLaughlin

Shawn P. McLaughlin is a dedicated attorney at Trinity Law with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in personal injury, Social Security Disability, employment law, and civil litigation, serving clients across Adams, Dauphin, Lancaster, and York County, Pennsylvania. Mr. McLaughlin has successfully managed hundreds of cases in these areas throughout his career.

Mr. McLaughlin received his undergraduate degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and earned his law degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia. During law school, he contributed to the Regent University Law Review as a board member.

He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and both the Eastern and Middle District Federal Courts. Mr. McLaughlin is also a member of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and is actively involved with the Lancaster and York County Bar Associations.

His professional affiliations include membership in the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, the Christian Legal Society, and the Employment Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. The York County Bar Association honored him with the Pro Bono Award for his community service.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. McLaughlin serves on the Boards of Directors for Water Street Health Services in Lancaster, PA, and Covenant Christian Academy in Harrisburg, PA. He and his family are active members of the Trinity Presbyterian Church in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
