Benjamin Andreozzi

Benjamin Andreozzi, Managing Partner at Andreozzi + Foote, is dedicated to advocating for survivors of child sexual abuse in civil litigation. Throughout his career, Ben has represented hundreds of survivors across the United States, including victims in some of the most prominent sexual abuse cases, such as those involving Jerry Sandusky and Catholic clergy abuse. His expertise in this sensitive area has made him a sought-after consultant for media outlets like the Today Show, Good Morning America, and NBC Nightly News.

Ben's legal prowess is further demonstrated by his ability to teach other attorneys how to effectively manage child sexual abuse and crime victim civil cases. A landmark achievement in his career was securing a record $88 million jury verdict alongside Nathaniel Foote for a young abuse victim. Ben is also committed to achieving significant noneconomic outcomes, ensuring institutions implement changes to better protect children.

Operating on a national level, Ben is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Arizona, New York, and New Jersey, and he frequently collaborates with lawyers in other states to advocate for sexual abuse survivors. Ben earned his law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where he was captain of the national trial competition team.
