Stephen Wade Parker

Stephen Wade Parker, originally from a rural community in the Delta Region of Arkansas, has built a distinguished career in bankruptcy law. A graduate of Hendrix College in Conway, AR, he earned his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law in 1994.

Beginning his legal journey in 1999, Attorney Parker joined Arkansas’ leading bankruptcy law firm, where he eventually took on a management role. In 2010, he transitioned to a prominent personal injury firm in Arkansas, spearheading the launch of their bankruptcy practice.

In 2014, Attorney Parker moved to Central Pennsylvania to be closer to family, establishing his own bankruptcy practice. By 2016, he joined a South Central PA firm to establish their bankruptcy department. His extensive experience includes representing individuals, businesses, and farms in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 bankruptcy cases.

Attorney Parker is committed to understanding the financial challenges faced by his clients, including those of business owners and farmers. He works closely with clients to develop strategies for a financial fresh start, supported by a dedicated paralegal.

Residing in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in the West Shore area, Attorney Parker enjoys spending time with his family, playing with his dogs, watching Penn State football, and fishing.
