Whitney S Graham

Whitney S. Graham serves as a partner at Graham & Mauer, P.C. in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She earned her J.D. from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where she actively participated in the Moot Court Honor Society, competing in Philadelphia and Washington D.C., and reaching the semi-finals of the Samuel Polsky Moot Court Competition. Her dedication to public service was recognized through her involvement in the Rubin Public Interest Law Honor Society.

Ms. Graham's career has been centered on litigation since her initial summer in law school, when she interned for a federal judge. Her commitment to trial advocacy was further honed through Distinguished Participation in related courses. Whitney has shared her expertise on social media's impact on evidence and litigation at a continuing legal education event attended by over 200 attorneys at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Throughout her career, Ms. Graham has tried or arbitrated cases across seven counties in Pennsylvania and in Federal Court. She has also presented arguments before the Pennsylvania Superior Court in Harrisburg, Wilkes Barre, and Gettysburg.
