Timothy Salvatore

Timothy Salvatore is a committed advocate for those who have suffered serious injuries. Initially representing insurance companies, he found the work unfulfilling and shifted his focus to helping injured individuals and their families. Nearly two decades ago, he joined KBG to align his career with his passion for making a positive impact.

Timothy's practice centers on complex personal injury claims, where he represents clients and their families in cases involving significant injuries. He values building personal connections with his clients and has a particular interest in advocating for motorcyclists, drawing from his own experiences as a rider.

A native of York, Timothy earned his law degree from Widener University School of Law in 1995. He began his legal career as a clerk for the Honorable John Kennedy at the York County Court of Common Pleas.

Timothy is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the York County Bar Association, where he co-chairs the Local Civil Rules Committee and chairs the Publication Board. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Additionally, he contributes to his community by serving on his township’s zoning hearing board.

Recognized for his legal expertise, Timothy has achieved an "AV-Preeminent" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating process. He is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
