Tracey Lee Potere

Tracey L. Potere serves as a key member of the Ciccarelli Law Offices, focusing her practice on Criminal Defense and Family Law. Raised in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, Tracey completed her undergraduate studies at Temple University. She furthered her education with a Master’s in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and earned her law degree from Widener Law School. Her early career involved working in mental health, aiding individuals with chronic mental illness and addiction.

After law school, Tracey gained significant prosecutorial experience as an Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County. For six years, she effectively handled cases involving DUI, major felonies such as murder, assault, white-collar crimes, and narcotics violations. This role honed her skills in legal strategy and evidence-based case building.

Transitioning from the District Attorney’s Office, Tracey joined a local law firm, where she expanded her expertise in domestic law. Her comprehensive legal background underscores her ability to craft strong cases through meticulous investigation.
