Cary B. Hall

Cary B. Hall brings over two decades of dedicated experience in civil, criminal, and family law litigation across southeastern Pennsylvania and Maryland. Known for his commitment to assisting individuals and small businesses, he has successfully handled jury trials, contested family law hearings, administrative proceedings, and appeals.

Cary's academic journey began with an Ivy League degree in philosophy from Columbia University, followed by a law degree from the University of Miami. During his time in law school, he was active in graduate student government and contributed to the University of Miami Business Law Journal as an author and editor.

His legal career commenced as a judicial law clerk in Towson, Maryland, where he launched his first law practice at 26. Relocating to Pennsylvania in 2000, Cary reestablished his solo practice after gaining experience with local law firms. His early career achievements were recognized with the “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer – Rising Star” title in 2005 and 2006 by Philadelphia magazine.

In addition to his solo practice, Cary serves as an arbitrator in civil court cases and has been appointed as defense counsel in state criminal prosecutions. He also holds the position of Special Assistant Public Defender in Magisterial District Courts throughout Montgomery County. As a contributing author and former editor-in-chief of the Montgomery Bar Association’s Civil Practice Manual, he guides legal practice in Montgomery County.
