Liam J. Duffy

Liam J. Duffy is a seasoned attorney practicing in the areas of Divorce, Support, Child Custody, Equitable Distribution, and Protection from Abuse. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. As a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association, Liam represents clients in Montgomery and Bucks County.

From 2017 to 2023, Liam was recognized with the SuperLawyers Rising Star designation and achieved the SuperLawyer designation in 2024, an honor given to only 2.5% of eligible attorneys in Pennsylvania. In 2019, he was also awarded the Top 10 under 40 Award. Known for his pragmatic and compassionate approach, Liam is committed to aggressively protecting his clients' interests and is skilled in litigating complex cases.

Before his legal career, Liam focused on business and corporate finance. He earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware, a Master’s degree in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University, and a law degree from Rutgers, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He spent six years in corporate finance, gaining various financial designations, before transitioning to law to make a more personal impact and engage in courtroom advocacy.

Liam is also active in his community, volunteering for the Women's Center of Montgomery County. In his personal time, he enjoys coaching his children's sports teams, working out at a local CrossFit gym, and spending quality time with his family.
