Michelle A Winter

Michelle A. Winter embarked on her legal career after leaving the health profession in the early 1990s. Graduating from Temple Law School in 1996, she initially served as in-house counsel for a prominent medical malpractice insurance firm. In 1998, she established her own practice in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, concentrating on the needs of families and businesses.

Her practice emphasizes Family Law, covering adoptions, divorce, custody, support, Power of Attorney, Wills, and Living Wills. Additionally, her office is well-versed in the latest Bankruptcy laws, aiding clients with Chapter 7 cases and DUI regulations.

Michelle actively contributes to her community, having served as a Board Member for a women's group addressing domestic abuse. She has also provided legal counsel for a Philadelphia-based government-funded program, assisting unemployed individuals in launching new businesses through the Women’s Opportunity Resource Center. In this role, Michelle has incorporated over 600 businesses and continues to advise numerous small businesses outside the program.

Michelle graduated with honors from the University of South Florida and was inducted into Phi Kappa Phi. At Temple Law School, she earned several class distinctions and was part of the Moot Court Honor Society, participating in various competitions. In her leisure time, she enjoys restoring a family camp in the Adirondacks and traveling to Florida to visit her grandchildren.
