Robert Thomas Repko

Robert T. Repko is a founding partner known for his commitment to assisting clients in critical times. His legal practice is centered on representing individuals in divorce, custody, support, domestic violence, and protection from abuse cases. Additionally, he handles matters involving driving under the influence (DUI/DWI), criminal defense, juvenile law, and underage drinking.

Mr. Repko extends his expertise to represent individuals, businesses, and corporate entities in construction litigation, mechanic’s lien issues, and real estate matters. He has significant trial experience, presenting cases before both juries and judges.

Licensed to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Illinois, Mr. Repko is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court.

Beyond his legal practice, Attorney Repko contributes to legal education as an adjunct professor at Delaware Valley College. He has also been a member of the Montgomery County Inn of Court, part of a national organization focused on enhancing the quality of trial lawyers in America.
