William Moore

William E. Moore has been a dedicated Partner at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford since 1995. Before joining the firm, he served as the chief deputy district attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office for eight years, leading the Drug Prosecution Team and successfully trying numerous cases. His earlier career includes eleven years as a Parole Agent with the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.

Mr. Moore's academic credentials include a B.S. in Law Enforcement and Correction and a Master's in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University, along with a law degree from Temple University. His commitment to public service is further demonstrated by his past membership on the Pennsylvania Advisory Committee on Probation, following a nomination by Gov. Tom Ridge and confirmation by the Pennsylvania Senate in May 2000.

In addition to his professional work, Mr. Moore is actively involved in community service. He has been a volunteer with Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County and the Montgomery County Salvation Army. He also holds positions as a life member of the VFW, a member of the American Legion, and a Director at the Central Bucks Family YMCA. His past community engagements include the Perkasie Lions Club and the Bucks County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.

Mr. Moore is a member of the Bar Associations of Pennsylvania, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties. His practice areas encompass both criminal and civil litigation.
