William E. Moore has been a dedicated Partner at Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford since 1995. Before joining the firm, he served as the chief deputy district attorney in the Bucks County District Attorney's Office for eight years, leading the Drug Prosecution Team and successfully trying numerous cases.
