Jessica Lowe

Jessica Lowe is a committed attorney focusing on family law. With collaborative training and certification as a mediator, she guides clients through the complexities of the divorce process. As a parent, she brings a personal understanding to child custody cases. Her practice encompasses adoption, grandparents' custody rights, relocation, and protection from abuse.

Previously, Attorney Lowe served as a parent attorney in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights cases with Dauphin County Children and Youth. She now contributes her expertise as a part-time Assistant Solicitor for the Agency.

Attorney Lowe earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University. She actively participates in community organizations, serving as the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg and as a past member of the YWCA’s Junior Board. She is also involved with Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM).

Admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Attorney Lowe is a member of both the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
