Matthew P Kaminsky

Matthew P Kaminsky grew up in Towanda, a quaint town in Northeastern Pennsylvania, where he learned the values of hard work and community service from his parents. These principles drive his commitment to protecting the rights of injured workers and holding employers accountable.

After graduating from Towanda Area High School in 1999, Mr. Kaminsky pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Bloomsburg University in 2004. During his time there, he became a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. For a decade, he worked in banking and financial services.

The 2008 financial crisis prompted Mr. Kaminsky to seek a career with a more positive impact. He enrolled in Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, attending evening classes while working full-time. He earned his Juris Doctorate in 2012 and soon after established his own law office.

Inspired by Ron Calhoon's dedication to injured workers, Mr. Kaminsky joined Calhoon and Kaminsky P.C. in 2014, focusing his legal practice on Workers' Compensation cases.

Residing in the Hershey area with his wife, three children, and dog, Mr. Kaminsky is an avid outdoorsman. He enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing, and playing golf in central Pennsylvania.
