Andre Dover grew up in Philadelphia, where he attended Central High School. He earned his Bachelor of Arts from Temple University and a Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. Mr. Dover's career began with over 12 years of service at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, followed by roles as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Gwendolyn Blue at Camden County Superior Court and Commissioner Mark S. Vavala at the New Castle County Courthouse in Wilmington, DE.
In 2013, Mr. Dover established The Law Practice of Andre Dover, Esquire, LLC. He joined Kashkashian and Associates in 2016 and has since become a Partner at Kashkashian, Dover & Associates. His extensive courtroom experience includes appearances in various counties across the Commonwealth, such as Philadelphia, Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, Allegheny, York, Cumberland, Lehigh, and Schuylkill. Additionally, he has represented clients before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Bankruptcy Court for the same district, achieving success before the Pennsylvania Board of Pardons.
Mr. Dover is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
