Jessica Lowe

Jessica Lowe is a seasoned attorney primarily focused on family law. With collaborative training and certification as a mediator, she provides compassionate guidance through the complexities of divorce. Her experience as a parent enriches her understanding of child custody challenges. Her practice extends to adoption, grandparents' custody rights, relocation, and protection from abuse matters.

Previously, Jessica served as a parent attorney in juvenile dependency and termination of parental rights cases with Dauphin County Children and Youth. She currently contributes as a part-time Assistant Solicitor for the agency. Jessica earned her Juris Doctorate from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington, DC, and her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC.

Jessica holds a leadership role as the President of the Junior League of Harrisburg and has been involved with the YWCA’s Junior Board. She is also a member of Keystone Mothers of Multiples (KMOM). Admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, she is an active member of both the Dauphin County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
