Frank J Udinson

Frank J Udinson is a seasoned attorney and partner at Win Big Law, where he primarily focuses on Pennsylvania workers’ compensation law, personal injury law, and Veterans Benefits. In Spring 2013, he received accreditation from the Veterans’ Administration to assist with VA benefits claims.

Before establishing Win Big Law, Mr. Udinson honed his skills at one of Pennsylvania's leading workers' compensation firms. His legal career began in 2010, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases in Municipal Court. Throughout his career, Mr. Udinson has secured over 1 million dollars in benefits for veterans and helped countless injured workers obtain workers' compensation benefits.

Mr. Udinson also advocates for victims of rare vaccine injuries under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, representing them in the United States Federal Claims Court in Washington, D.C. He earned his law degree from the Widener University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, and holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from DeSales University, completed in 2007.
