Lawrence M. Kelly

Lawrence M. Kelly, a partner at Luxenberg Garbett Kelly & George, P.C., is a Board-Certified Civil Trial Specialist through the National Board of Trial Advocacy. With a career spanning more than four decades, he is dedicated to representing injured individuals and their families, specializing in personal injury and workers' compensation matters.

Mr. Kelly has been admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania since 1983, as well as in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. As a prominent figure in the plaintiffs' bar, he will serve as the 2024 President of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Additionally, he is a past president of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and served on the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania from 2013 to 2018.

Mr. Kelly earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Akron School of Law in 1983. His expertise and dedication have been acknowledged by Super Lawyers from 2006 to 2024, including being listed among the Top 50: Pittsburgh Super Lawyers from 2019 to 2024. His achievements have also been recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel.
